Little Paths in the Reef

Two little butterflyfish slipped between the branching sea rods as Blu watched.

They moved around the reef as if they knew every opening, turn, and hiding place.

Blu realized that coral branches, rocks, and tiny reef spaces are more than scenery. For small fish, they can be pathways, shelter, and places to find food.

Instead of following too closely, Blu stayed back and watched the pair move naturally through their reef neighborhood.

“There are little roads everywhere down here,” Blu thought. “You just have to know where to look!”
