Can You See It?

On the sandy bottom, Blu slowed to a stop.

Shell pieces, algae, and little stones covered the ground. Nothing seemed unusual.

Then one of the “rocks” blinked.

A scorpionfish was resting in plain sight, its colours and rough skin matching the seafloor so perfectly that Blu had nearly passed it by.

“Sometimes the best hiding place is right where everyone can see you,” Blu said.
