The Reef from Above

Blu rose higher and looked down.

From above, the reef changed. Sandy lanes curved between coral towers. Dark ledges became doorways. Open blue connected one neighbourhood to the next.

Far below, a turtle followed one of those winding routes without stopping to wonder which way to go.

What looks like a maze to us may feel like home to someone else.
